Why Choose Embroidery?

Embroidery is the gold standard for professional branding. Unlike printing, embroidered logos are stitched directly into the fabric — they won't crack, peel, or wash out. When your team walks into a meeting, a job site, or a trade show floor wearing embroidered apparel, it says something about the quality of your business. That's why it's the go-to decoration method for corporate wear, uniforms, and premium merchandise.

How Our Embroidery Process Works

01

Submit Your Logo

Send us your logo in any format. Our digitizing team converts it into an embroidery-ready file — optimized for thread count, stitch density, and clarity at small sizes.

02

Pick Your Products

Choose from polos, hats, jackets, bags, and more. We'll help you select garments that look sharp with embroidery and fit your budget.

03

Review the Stitch Proof

We send you a digital stitch preview showing thread colors, placement, and sizing. You approve before we thread a single needle.

04

Production & Delivery

Our machines run your order with precision — consistent stitching across every piece. Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days, with rush options available.

Best Products for Embroidery

Embroidery looks best on structured, heavier-weight fabrics. Here are the products our Las Vegas customers order most.

Polos & Dress Shirts

The classic embroidered product. Left chest logos on polos instantly make any team look polished and professional.

Hats & Beanies

Structured caps, dad hats, beanies, and visors. Front, side, and back embroidery options available. Our most popular product category.

Jackets & Outerwear

Softshell jackets, fleece vests, and windbreakers with embroidered logos. Perfect for field crews, corporate events, and client gifts.

Bags & Backpacks

Duffel bags, laptop bags, and backpacks with clean logo placement. Great for corporate giveaways and employee welcome kits.

Towels & Blankets

Embroidered towels for hotels, gyms, and golf courses. Blankets make excellent high-end client gifts.

Quality That Speaks for Itself

We don't cut corners on embroidery. Here's what sets VP Promos apart.

Built to Last

Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric. It won't crack, peel, or fade like printed logos. Your branding stays sharp wash after wash, year after year.

Professional Appearance

There's a reason embroidery is the standard for corporate apparel. The dimensional texture of stitched thread communicates quality in a way flat printing simply can't match.

In-House Digitizing

We convert your logo to embroidery format in-house — not outsourced overseas. This means faster turnaround, better stitch quality, and the ability to fine-tune details until it looks perfect.

Consistent Across Every Piece

Our commercial embroidery machines run the same program on every garment. Piece number 1 looks identical to piece number 500. Consistency you can count on.

Let's Get Your Logo Stitched

Send us your logo and tell us what products you're interested in. We'll digitize your design, send a proof, and get you a quote — all within 24 hours.

Embroidery FAQs

What is the minimum order for embroidery?
Our minimum is typically 12 pieces per design. There's a one-time digitizing fee to convert your logo into an embroidery file, which is why the per-unit cost is more favorable at higher quantities. Once your logo is digitized, we keep it on file for future orders — so reorders are faster and cheaper.
How detailed can an embroidered logo be?
Embroidery works best with clean, bold designs. Very fine text (under 1/4 inch tall) and photographic detail don't translate well to thread. We'll review your artwork and let you know if any simplification is needed — most logos work great as-is.
Can I embroider on hats and caps?
Absolutely — hats are one of our most popular embroidery products. We handle structured caps, unstructured dad hats, beanies, visors, and bucket hats. Front, side, and back placements are all available.
Is embroidery more expensive than screen printing?
Per unit, embroidery typically costs more than screen printing because it's a more labor-intensive process. But the durability and premium look make it worth it for corporate wear, uniforms, and products that need to look sharp for years. For large-run event tees, screen printing is usually the better value.
What thread colors are available?
We stock a full range of Madeira and Isacord thread colors — hundreds of options that can match virtually any brand palette. We'll match your PMS or brand colors as closely as thread allows, and you'll approve the color match on your stitch proof before production.
