What Affects Screen Printing Pricing?

Number of Colors
Each color in your design requires a separate screen. Single-color prints are the most affordable. Full-color or complex designs cost more per unit.
Order Quantity
Screen printing has setup costs (creating the screens), so the per-unit price drops significantly as quantity goes up. Orders of 72+ typically hit the best price breaks.
Garment Type
A basic cotton tee costs less than a premium tri-blend or a hoodie. The garment itself is a big part of your total cost.
Print Locations
Front-only is standard. Adding a back print, sleeve print, or inside-neck label increases the cost since each location requires separate screen setup.
